The way to judge a rental apartment is to look at the square footage and the price as well as location and amenities.  Upper floors are usually lower prices than ground level.

All prices listed are starting prices for the smallest units. It's important to verify apartment prices as some are frequently changing due to the current market we are in or they may be running a special on pricing.  The only way to know for sure is to contact the community.

I am happy to say there will be new 55+ luxury rental communities coming soon to Commack and East Moriches.  These locations in Suffolk County offer many amenities for seniors who like to exercise, eat at restaurants and shop in suburban settings. The name is Sutton Landing at Commack rental community and it is by developer B2K Development and you can sign onto their Interest List now (VIP List).
