55+ community in the low desert
Here is the review of Del Webb at Rancho Mirage. I have been noticing for weeks now that this 55+ community in the California desert area has had sustained high interest on the website. It has been uppermost in my mind of communities to review. (All photos may contain items that may be options at additional costs. Please verify what plans have what options and check all information. Most of all, I urge you to visit. While these photos may be somewhat revealing and helpful, there is so much more to see here. The latest of design materials are used abundantly throughout the ten models just opened in June 2018.

You can see Del Webb at Rancho Mirage every day from 9-5
Location and how to find it: 122 Claret - I couldn't see it on my GPS so here is how I found it. I took Bob Hope off of the Ten and then made a right onto Dinah Shore and a little way down the entrance is on the right. You can call them for directions from where you are coming from. Take the long driveway to the street with the models, a left turn. You can call 877-285-3285 for assistance or an appointment or just go.
The value is there also. There have already been 80 sales since January. The price range is from $360's to $570's.
There are 3 series:
- The Classic Series is the lowest price range
- The Retreat Series, medium price ranges
- The Encore Series in the higher price ranges
Generally it is the lower price ranges, the Classic Series here, that sell out the fastest so go sooner rather than later if this is what you are looking for.
The Outlook clubhouse is planned for many outstanding social gatherings. There will be pickle ball, tennis courts, bocce ball, covered and outdoor pools, putting green, lockers and more. (Verify all information.)
The community will have at completion 1029 single-family homes. There are no plans for condo buildings in the future according to the reception. Surrounding undeveloped land will be for shopping, etc. (verify all information.)
